Hello,

I got a new laptop today it's the HP Omen, and I installed runescape on it's SSD, and keep getting buffer overflow error's and Thread Corruption Error's. I've tried installing downloading it through Chrome and Firefox, I've also installed it on my HDD but it didn't fix the issue either.

Does anyone have any tips?

Fixed it,

this helped - Hey Vyrelord 12robinhood4,

Currently some crashing can occur whilst the game is downloading the majority of the game cache. I would recommend sitting the NXT client at the login screen for 30-60 minutes, re-opening if any crashes occur during this time.

Afterwards, it may also be a good idea to disable game music in-game if further crashing does occur.

I gave up on NXT cause it wouldnt let me use the old client after :/
